AI safety & data

Accly uses supported AI models to generate responses through the Gateway API and the hosted app. Treat AI output as a helpful draft, not a guaranteed fact.

AI output

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for your situation.

Do not rely on Accly output as:

  • Legal advice
  • Medical advice
  • Financial advice
  • Tax advice
  • Professional safety guidance

Review important output before using it.

Sensitive information

Do not submit secrets or highly sensitive information that you do not want processed by AI systems.

Avoid sending:

  • Passwords
  • API keys
  • Private credentials
  • Payment card data
  • Highly sensitive personal data
  • Confidential customer data unless you are allowed to process it this way

Third-party AI providers

Prompts, uploaded content, and model outputs can be sent to third-party AI providers to generate responses.

Model availability and capabilities may change.

Stored requests and app history

Accly Chat stores conversations so you can access chat history later.

Gateway API usage is logged for analytics, cost tracking, reliability, debugging, abuse prevention, and billing. Accly does not store Gateway API requests as hosted chat conversations.

The app also includes account data controls such as export and deletion request flows.

Model training

Accly does not use customer chats or Gateway API requests to train Accly-owned foundation models.

Third-party AI provider processing is still involved when generating responses. Review the AI Usage Terms and Privacy Policy for current legal wording.
