Billing

Accly paid plans are purchased through Lemon Squeezy checkout and can unlock Gateway API access, model tiers, daily budgets, hosted app usage, and subscription features.

Checkout

When you choose a paid plan, Accly creates a Lemon Squeezy checkout URL for that subscription.

The active paid plans are:

• Starter: $15/month
• Pro: $35/month
• Max: $120/month

Merchant of record

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for Accly purchases. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, applicable taxes, invoices, refunds, and chargebacks.

Manage billing

Paid subscribers can manage billing through the Lemon Squeezy billing portal or payment-method update flow when available.

Use the billing or subscription area in the Accly app to manage your plan.

Redeem codes

Accly may offer promotional, trial, discount, invite, or gift codes. Redeem them from Settings in the Accly app. Benefits are applied after the code is validated for the current account.

Cancel anytime

Accly supports cancellation through the subscription management flow.

When a subscription is canceled or expires, Accly updates your account plan status. After paid access ends, your account can return to Free plan behavior.

Payment failures

If a renewal payment fails, Accly can suspend model access until billing is updated.

When a subscription is suspended:

• Gateway API model access is rejected
• Gateway returns subscription_suspended
• The user should update the payment method through the billing flow

Refunds are reviewed case by case through Accly support and Lemon Squeezy.
