Redeem codes
Accly redeem codes can unlock promotional benefits such as trial access, discounts, invite-only access, temporary plan benefits, or extra usage allowance. Codes are applied to the current Accly account after validation.
Available code types and benefits may vary by campaign.
Where to redeem a code
Redeem codes from the Accly app:
- Open the Accly app.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Redeem.
- Enter the code.
- Submit the code.
If the code is valid and your account is eligible, Accly applies the benefit to the current account.
Code types
| Code type | What it can do |
|---|---|
| Invite codes | May unlock beta access or exclusive features. |
| Discount codes | May apply a checkout or subscription discount. |
| Trial codes | May unlock temporary access to a paid plan or premium feature. |
| Usage-allowance codes | May add temporary or campaign-specific usage allowance. |
Eligibility and limits
Redeem codes can have rules that affect whether they can be used.
- Codes may have expiration dates.
- Codes may have redemption limits or quota.
- Codes may be restricted to new users, existing users, specific campaigns, or specific account states.
- Some codes may be single-use per account.
- Benefits are not guaranteed until the code is validated and applied.
Billing and discounts
Some discount codes may be created or processed through the active checkout provider.
Subscription discounts may apply only to the first invoice or to recurring invoices depending on the campaign. Checkout terms, billing portal terms, payment-provider terms, and Accly billing rules may also apply.
Refunds remain subject to the Accly Refund & Cancellation Policy and payment-provider terms.
Trials and plan benefits
Trial codes may temporarily unlock plan access or plan-like benefits.
Trial access may expire automatically. After a trial ends, the account may return to its previous plan or require a paid subscription to continue using paid features.
Usage during a trial may still be subject to model tiers, request units, request-count guards, RPM, subscription status, and abuse controls. See Pricing & Usage for how usage limits work.
Usage allowance
Some campaigns may add temporary or campaign-specific usage allowance to your account.
Promotional usage allowance may be subject to campaign terms, expiration, model-tier rules, request-unit limits, and abuse controls. Usage allowance is not cash-equivalent, transferable, or redeemable for money.
Common errors
When a code cannot be redeemed, the app may show one of these user-facing outcomes:
- Invalid code
- Expired code
- Code quota reached
- Code already redeemed
- Code not eligible for this account
- Campaign not active
- Billing provider rejected discount
- Benefit could not be applied
These messages describe common redemption outcomes. They are not a public API error-code reference.
